Office Manager - Full Time

OVERVIEW 

We are looking to hire a passionate Office Manager for KRose Company. You will be responsible for all things office/finance/support. This can be a full time salary position or part time salary depending on your needs and ability. This is an entry level position but QuickBooks experience is required. This is not a side hustle position either, you will be expected to be in Slack and available via phone or email during work hours.

Position Requirements:

The position includes:

  • Onboarding and offboarding with employees

  • Accounts receivable and payable

  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage and benefits plan

  • Process payroll

  • Manage budget and cash flow process

  • Prep, send, and follow up with invoices

  • Create and send new customer contracts

  • Handle expense reports

  • Answer the office phone, address customer issues, transfer calls

  • Schedule meetings and book travel

  • Other general office tasks as needed

Skills:

  • Proficient in QuickBooks online

  • Interest in a human resource role

  • Time management

  • Excellent communication skills, including over the phone and email

  • Produce work at a high level of accuracy

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to self start and forward think about issues and tasks
