Karoline is the leader and heart of KRose. She prefers to spend her days in sale barns or on the ranch, but she’s a pro at working from anywhere and will pour her heart into taking care of her clients. Whether you’re a young entrepreneur or experienced rancher, working with Karoline will elevate your business.

Lexi Wright
Head of Marketing
Lexi is born & raised in the heart of production agriculture in Kansas. With experience in leadership development, marketing, & small business development, she loves to go to work with small business owners. She enjoys chasing her 4 kids and working with her husband to grow their own herd.
Jamie Trehal
Graphic and Web Designer
Jamie grew up in northern Colorado on her families small pig operation. She now calls her husband’s family ranch home. Jamie enjoys being creative and thinking outside of the box — hence her love for photography and design! As our designer she builds, edits and maintains our client’s websites and create high quality designs for social media, print, web and brand assets.
Linnea Langusch
Marketing Assistant
Linnea is a Wisconsin native who now calls Oklahoma home. She recently graduated with her Master's degree in agricultural communications and loves promoting the agricultural industry. Linnea strives to make relatable and informative content and is always eager to start something new!
Jordyn Woodburn
Cattleman U Director and Special Projects
Jordyn grew up in New Mexico on a cattle ranch but now calls Arizona home. She is currently a student at Arizona State University majoring in business communications. Jordyn has an obvious passion for agriculture and education and dives right in on every project - including being our Cattleman U Director!
Alex Lyle
Social Media Strategist
Born and raised in Middle Tennessee, Alex grew up in the rodeo and livestock industry. With a passion for small and agriculture based businesses, she attended an agricultural focused college, UT Martin, where she obtained her Bachelor's in Marketing and then her Master's in Business. She's passionate about helping our clients share their story, while building engagement, community, and helping them excel beyond their goals.
Ambria Adamson
Podcast Manager
Ambria is motivated by the western lifestyle, residing and working on a ranch in Montana. She truly enjoys training horses and dogs alongside her husband. From capturing people’s stories as podcast manager, to being part of KRose’s in person events, she enjoys working on anything that will impact people and their business goals.
Grace Knepp
Marketing Intern
Grace originates from Kansas and is a recent graduate of Kansas State University. While there, she pursued her interests in all things marketing, photography and livestock. Growing up in the livestock industry, she found her passion for helping producers grow their operations in creative ways. You can usually find Grace with a camera and coffee in hand, planning her next adventure.
