Sales Rep

KRose Company is an agricultural marketing and educational company seeking a Sale Rep. 

We are looking for a dedicated and personable Sales Representative to join our team at KRose Company. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, a strong organizational mindset, and a passion for growth. You will be responsible for proactively seeking out new clients, building lasting relationships, and achieving sales goals. We seek a motivated individual who is goal-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow with the company.


Key Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales (preferably in agriculture especially cattle)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational abilities and time management

  • Goal-oriented with a desire to achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Self-motivated and driven to grow professionally

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth of our marketing company. You would primarily be booking website design, social media marketing and production sale marketing .

  • Identify, engage, and secure new accounts while maintaining relationships with existing customers.

  • Work closely with the team to maximize sales and ensure strong brand representation.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.

  • Attend trade shows, events, and meetings to promote KRose Company and network with industry professionals.

  • Negotiate pricing, promotions, and contracts with new contracts.

  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to leadership to refine sales strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales 

  • Strong understanding of sales

  • Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and expand sales opportunities.

  • Self-motivated with a passion for building a brand and increasing market share.

Compensation:

  • This is a base salary position with commission.

  • Once you have successfully completed your six months, you will be eligible for 40 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO).  This type of time off system does not distinguish between vacation, sick, or personal days.  You are also eligible for Aflac supplemental insurance and retirement matching program.
