This role exists to bring our brand stories to life through high-quality video, photography, design, and multi-platform digital content. You will take raw footage, capture new content, and transform it into clear, polished, on-brand media that resonates with our audiences.
This is a high-impact role for someone who is creative, organized, self-directed, and excited to shape the visual presence of multiple ag and western brands.
Role Overview
You will lead the full creation, editing, design, and scheduling of content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other social platforms as needed.
This role includes both creating the content (filming, photographing, designing, editing) and managing the digital assets and workflows that keep our brands running smoothly. Many days will involve being on site at ranches, farms, businesses, or events to capture real stories and educational material.
This position is full-time and requires regular local and regional travel for ranch camps, shoots, events, and content days.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation, Filming, Editing, and Design
Capture high-quality video and photo content on-site for our family brands
Film instructional, educational, and promotional media designed to teach and support rural audiences
Edit long-form and short-form video for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, YouTube long-form, and promotional use
Create graphics, carousels, Pinterest pins, thumbnails, and branded promotional materials in Canva
Build and maintain branded templates to ensure visual consistency across brands
Direct subjects during filming to capture clear stories, explanations, and educational moments
Turn raw footage from ranch camps, business shoots, and behind-the-scenes content into polished, engaging assets
Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short-form pieces for social platforms
Create story sequences, recaps, testimonials, micro-teaching clips, and brand narratives
Content Strategy & Ownership
Execute the weekly and monthly content calendars, ensuring all assets are delivered on time and formatted for each platform
Pitch creative concepts, educational series, and storytelling ideas aligned with each brand’s tone
Understand platform behaviors and apply best practices for maximum engagement
Create content that supports major initiatives
Ensure every asset reflects the voice, values, and audience of each brand
Social Platform Management
Schedule, upload, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn when needed
Use platform-native editing tools when beneficial for reach or trend alignment
Monitor messages and comments, escalating anything that needs team attention
Stay current on platform trends and apply them intentionally, not reactively
Digital Asset Ownership & Organization
Serve as the owner of all visual creative assets across all brands
Organize, label, and maintain a centralized digital library of raw footage, edited files, photos, b-roll, audio, and templates
Create and enforce naming conventions, organization systems, and folder structures
Prepare media for use across social platforms, websites, educational portals, membership platforms, and marketing channels
Ensure assets are easy for the entire team to locate and use
Analytics & Insights
Track platform analytics weekly or monthly: reach, views, engagement, saves, shares, and clicks
Identify what content performs best and recommend adjustments or repurposing ideas
Use analytics to support social growth, audience connection, and membership goals
Collaboration & Tools
Work inside Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools
Communicate proactively with the marketing and leadership teams
Use AI tools to streamline workflows, generate variations, and speed up editing
Use the ManyChat platform to support messaging workflows, automations, and social engagement as needed
Stay adaptable and willing to learn new tools, platforms, and technologies related to social media and content creation as they emerge
Required Qualifications
Proven experience creating and publishing content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, YouTube long-form, Pinterest (and LinkedIn a plus)
Strong short-form and long-form video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Rush, or similar)
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or Lightroom
Proven experience capturing professional-quality video and photos
Ability to film instructional and educational content in a clear, polished way
Ability to use analytics to guide content decisions and improve performance
Strong design ability with Canva and understanding of brand consistency
Experience using native editing features inside Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Experience managing large digital asset libraries and maintaining organization
Strong understanding of storytelling, hooks, pacing, and content structure
Ability to self-manage, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel regionally for ranch camps, content days, and brand shoots
Comfortable collaborating in person with team members during filming and content planning
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building content systems, templates, and scalable media libraries
Background in agriculture, ranching, or rural lifestyle industries
Experience supporting multiple brands at once
Understanding of YouTube SEO, titles, retention, and thumbnail strategy

Salary Range
The salary for this full-time role is $48,000–$69,000, based on experience and the level of creative and technical skill you bring to the team.
