KRose Company is an agricultural marketing and education company serving cattle producers and agricultural businesses across the United States. Alongside our educational brand, Cattleman U, we help agricultural businesses grow through marketing, strategy, education, and creative services.

As our companies continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Business Manager to oversee our financial operations and help us make better business decisions.

This is not an entry-level bookkeeping position. We're looking for someone who enjoys numbers, systems, accountability, and helping leadership make informed financial decisions.

We're looking for someone who wants to become a long-term strategic member of our leadership team, not simply manage the books.

  • Maintain employee records and company documentation.

  • Assist with payroll administration and employee benefits.

  • Help maintain HR policies and internal procedures.

  • Support hiring and administrative projects as needed.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has several years of bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or business management experience.

  • Loves budgets, financial reporting, and using numbers to guide decisions.

  • Can communicate financial information clearly to non-financial people.

  • Is proactive and enjoys solving problems before they become emergencies.

  • Is trustworthy and comfortable handling confidential information.

  • Can work independently while collaborating with a remote team.

  • Wants to help a growing company become more profitable and efficient.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required with equivalent experience.

  • Advanced experience with QuickBooks Online.

  • Experience managing payroll and financial reporting.

  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

  • Experience working in a small business environment.

  • Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).

  • Experience using 17hats or similar CRM and project management software.

The right person is more important than the employment structure.
